* S1 in Civil & Machinery graduated from reputable university (VL).
* S1 in Economi / Planologi / Management (RA).
* Experience preferably from reputable Valuation and Property Consultant Company.
* More than 2-4 years of experience for SV & SRA.
* 0-2 years of experience for JV & JRA.
* Hard working, strong analytical ability and highly motivated.
* Good command of spoken and written English.
* Familiar with PC and Windows platform.
